IMPORTANCE OF HEALTHY FOOD 

we need food to grow,to get energy and to protect us from diseases. 
children need healthy food even though they like only junk food. 
JUNK FOOD CAUSES OBESITY WHICH LEADS TO VARIOUS HEALTH ISSUES. 
From childhood we should insist them to take lot of vegetables and fruits. 
Here are some healthy tips.
BREAKFAST SHOULD NOT BE SKIPPED. 
Washing hands before eating is must.
Drinking sufficient water is  Essential. 
Milk is a complete food.
BALANCED DIET IS GOOD FOR HEALTH.
